Frames:
Here at Randall Klein Design we focus on quality materials and Canadian craftsmanship to ensure a long lasting high-quality frame. All of our frames are built with kiln dried solid hardwood for a high level of durability and support. Each piece of lumber is cut to 1 & 1/8th of an inch compared to the industry standard of 3/4 inch. All joints are corner blocked, stapled and glued to relieve stress points for increased durability. Our frames also house a steel No Sag spring system which are enhanced with lateral stabilizers that equally distribute weight over multiple springs for increased comfort and and long lasting support. Once our frames are constructed we use a high density foam to fully pad the entire frame. The outside back, sides and front are padded to increase durability and provide a more attractive tailoring.
