Every frame is constructed using kiln-dried solid hardwood for superior strength and support. Unlike the industry standard of ¾-inch lumber, we use wood cut to a robust 1 1/8 inches to ensure added durability. All joints are corner-blocked, stapled, and glued to minimize stress points and enhance structural integrity.
Our frames feature a steel No-Sag spring system, reinforced with lateral stabilizers to evenly distribute weight across multiple springs—delivering both long-term comfort and lasting performance. To finish, we fully pad the entire frame with high-density foam, including the outer back, sides, and front panels, for added durability and a refined, tailored look.
